The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of AppFolio software, coupled with practical experience in managing properties and/or handling property accounting tasks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience utilizing AppFolio in Real Estate Property Management and/or accounting roles.Strong understanding of property management workflows, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant management.Familiarity with real estate property accounting principles, such as CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
