IT Specialist

•Timely renewal and updating of Anti-Virus and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Web hosting and plugins.•Troubleshooting computers, printers, and UPS, laptops, cellphones and other IT peripherals.•Program and assist in editing and updating company websites using wordpress.•Handles Network System maintenance, checking, updating, configuration, and troubleshooting•Update and assist in booting the odoo system•Handle regular maintaining, updating, checking, and blocking unidentified user/s on the network system.•Manage the Google Workspace Administrator•Handle the programming and scheduling of aircon, elevator controls and lighting controls.•Upgrading IT equipment such as hardware/parts, laptops, desktops, cellphones, printers, etc. If needed.•Install software and hardware components.•Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.Qualifications•With Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course•With at least 2 years of experience in an IT Specialist, IT Administrator, or similar role•Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming•Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills•Keen attention to detail•Efficient troubleshooting abilities•Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening•Good customer service and interpersonal skills
