Sta. Rosa City, Laguna Work Schedule: Midshift Schedule (2PM
- 11PM or 3PM
- 12MN)
Salary:
Php 100,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid setup (2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH)

- Transportation allowance REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
- With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
- With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
- Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Create and implement procurement strategies by evaluating market conditions, identifying sourcing opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through supplier assessment, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and commercial agreements while ensuring adherence to terms, cost objectives, and delivery expectations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through savings programs, budget analysis, supply chain risk evaluation, and business case development.
- Prepare procurement reports, maintain compliance with regulations, and support the implementation of company policies and values. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
