Responsibilities:-Design, create, and implement comprehensive training programs for registered nurses.-Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for groups of registered nurses.-Evaluate the learning needs and skill gaps of registered nurses through surveys, assessments, and direct observation.-Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.-Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes.Required Skills:-Active PHRN License-At leasst 6 months hospital Experience-Amenable to review for 6 months-Has tools at home for WFH set up (internet & laptop)Additional Notes:This position will be working with world’s largest medical coding staff.Working Set-up: Temporary WFH, Mondays to Fridays.Job Overview:-Offered Salary:20000-Experience: 6mos and up
