QA Engineer

Job descriptionDUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:1. Handles customer complaints and provide 8D report to customer2. Provide timely updates on results of corrective action validation for DMR, audit callouts and both external and internal 8D reports.3. Communicates and interface with each department within the company for the timely analysis and implementation of corrective actions for audit callouts.4. Generate report on schedule of specifications for review.5. Monitors QA key performance indicator and plan for improvement.6. Oversee monitoring of the ESD and Particle Count Throughout the plant.7. Generate Weekly accomplishment report and submit to QC/QA manager from time to time.8. Ensures product reliability and testing including ESD /Environmental compliance.QUALIFICATIONSEducation : Graduate of BS EE, ECEExperience :1. Must be knowledgeable in ISO 9001,ISO 1 4001 and TS16949 quality system.2.Should know the Global 8D report3.Computer literate4.Knowledgeable in JEDEC and MIL Std 883Job summaryResponsible for Customer Complaints, Products Reliability and failure Analysis, and other related Quality Assurance Activities.
