The Quality/Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure that the

organization's products, processes, and operations adhere to regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving quality and compliance systems to mitigate risks and enhance overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Quality Management:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess service quality for both support and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards.

Compliance Oversight

  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.

Documentation And Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of quality control and compliance activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports on quality and compliance performance to senior management.

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non compliance issues.

Training And Education

  • Provide training to employees on quality and compliance standards.
  • Keep staff informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Risk Management

  • Assess potential risks related to quality and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Investigations And Resolutions

  • Investigate incidents of non-compliance and quality issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified problems.

Supplier And Vendor Management

  • Work with procurement team to evaluate and monitor the quality and compliance performance of suppliers and vendors.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure suppliers adhere to quality standards.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies, as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, etc.).
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance or a related field
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, OHSAS, HIPAA & PCI-DSS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Other Preferences

  • Knowledgeable in HubSpot, Netsuite or other CRM tool

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

  • Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM; Manila Time)

Work Location (Hybrid)

  • Eastwood, Libis (3X a week in the office)
  • Equipment will be provided by the company
  • Candidates should have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS (both download and upload speed)
