JOB SUMMARY:

Organize and maintain the needs of the Branch and to ensure smooth transactions primarily from Sales Department down to the

after sales division. The BM guides and leads a good example in achieving and accomplishing joint goals through strategic planning

and proper execution without compromising the integrity and standards. Ensure customer service is met all the time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attain sales target of management group and sales productivity of sellers for both in-house and brokers channel.
  • Recruit and activate potential sales directors and ISTL and Brokers Network.
  • Regularly conduct cost-effective sales activities to attain sales target. Sales generation should be at most 0.25%
  • Assist in permits of the Project and Branch as necessary
  • Admin works and upkeep of the branch/company image

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree Graduate
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
