Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine market value and potential profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Provide expert advice on property investment strategies and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.
  • Keep accurate records of property transactions and maintain a comprehensive database of properties.

Qualifications

  • At least 72 units in college, preferably real estate or business field
  • Proven experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar real estate role is a plus
  • With knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
  • Willing to be a real estate accredited salesperson in accordance with local regulations.
