Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retouch Manager to join our creative team. In this senior role, you will lead and inspire our team of retouchers, ensuring that our clients receive meticulously edited and visually captivating images.

Location:

  • Eastwood, Quezon City (on-site)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday | 7 AM to 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the team is hitting 36 images a day
  • KPI of 48 hours for retouch work to be completed
  • Checking through the list every morning to make sure everything is moving and nothing has stopped or been missed.
  • Ensuring the retouch list is being worked on from oldest date to newest.
  • No jobs to be left in retouching in progress overnight
  • Times sheets are to be filled out daily by the team as they work. - Images are being recorded correctly.
  • These should be checked by the manager once a week to make sure they are filled out and that the team is hitting KPI
  • Redoâs need to be redone and come back to us within 24 hours of going on the list.
  • Errors need to be monitored and the team corrected on work. Roster
  • The roster is to be filled out and we need weekend staff on both Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

Adobe Photoshop Proficiency:

  • You should have an advanced level of experience with Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in this software is crucial for high-quality photo retouching. In a lead role, you will be expected to guide and provide training to other team members.

Photo Retouching Experience

  • Prior experience with retouching photos is highly preferred for this senior/lead role. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise and mentor junior retouchers.

Time Management Skills

  • Effective time management is essential to meeting deadlines and delivering work on time, and, in a lead role, you will be responsible for managing the team's workflow.

Speed And Accuracy

  • You need the ability to work with speed and accuracy, and as a lead, you'll ensure that the team maintains high quality and efficiency.

Creativity And Innovation

  • Being creative and innovative can help you bring a unique touch to the images you retouch and guide the team in achieving high-quality results.

Highly Organized

  • Strong organizational skills are necessary for keeping track of the retouching work and ensuring that it is submitted and returned efficiently. As a lead, you'll manage the overall organization of the retouching process.
