Work Dimension

The Bid Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of our business development efforts by overseeing the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids and proposals for projects in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams, including Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers, to ensure that bids are accurately prepared, compliant with client requirements, and submitted within deadlines.

Qualifications + Experience + Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software/tools.

• Knowledge of Papua New Guinea's construction industry regulations and procurement processes is advantageous.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Demonstrated high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability.

Years of Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in bid coordination or proposal management, preferably within the

construction, Engineering & Architecture consultancy sector.
