Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising receptionist duties, including reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills and experience
  • Experience with receptionist duties and reservations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle complaints effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant field is preferred
