Overview

The CVM Analytics Specialist is instrumental in leveraging data analytics to drive customer value management (CVM) strategies. This role focuses on analyzing customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Functions

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for CVM initiatives.
  • Campaign Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of CVM campaigns, providing insights into effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to enable targeted marketing efforts and personalized customer experiences.
  • Predictive Modeling: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and campaign outcomes, informing strategic decisions.
  • Insight Generation: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for the CVM team, supporting the development of targeted strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure data insights are integrated into CVM strategies and operations.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in analytics, incorporating innovative techniques into analytics processes.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply data insights to strategic business decisions, aligning analytics with CVM objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data insights in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and addressing challenges through data-driven insights.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to integrated CVM strategies.
  • Adaptability & Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new analytics technologies and methodologies.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on customer analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics software and programming languages relevant to data analysis

Preferred:

  • Experience in the telecom or a similar customer-focused industry.
  • Knowledge of CVM principles and strategies.
  • Certifications in data analytics, predictive analytics, or related fields
