As a Marketing Assistant focused on retail and e-commerce, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital and retail marketing efforts to drive brand awareness. This role will primarily focus on conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, and assisting in the promotion of our products and services. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and maximize profitability in both retail and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product listing, updating product descriptions, and managing online inventory.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our e-commerce.
  • Plan and strategize product-specific campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the team to optimize inventory levels, product availability, and order fulfillment processes for both online and in-store customers.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce service providers, vendors, and partners to ensure efficient operations and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and sales data to make data-driven recommendations and optimizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and product distribution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics is a plus.
