Human Resources Manager

Global Flow Solutions Inc is a start-up BPO solutions provider based in Plaridel, Bulacan, Philippines. We offer a diversified and comprehensive range of outsourcing solutions to all types of services for SMEs and large corporations globally. Our goal is to provide high-quality and efficient services to our clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Global Flow Solutions Inc, located in Plaridel, Bulacan. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Professional HR certification is a plus
