Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reading and analyzing bidding documents from different projects e.g. Blinds, Office Furniture,, Medical PPEs
• Attending pre-bid conferences in preparation for the Checklist
• Assisting junior staff in preparation of bidding documents in accordance with government formats
• Being familiar with RA 9184 Procurement Law of the Philippines
• Drafting Motion for Reconsideration as necessary
• Drafting request for extensions of deadline as necessary
• Ensuring that bidding documents and packaging are in accordance with the requirements of the government entities
• Coordinating with the Bidding Manager all bidding documents to be handled
• Performing other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BA English or Political Science
• Must have sound level of computer literacy
• Must have superior reading, legal comprehension and proofreading skills knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
• Must have excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Must have good relationship-building skills
• Must have a sound analytical skill
• Must be able to work on flexible schedule
