Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical expert, providing pre-sales support to the sales team.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements, recommending the most suitable data center solutions, with a focus on electrical design.
• Prepare technical proposals and pricing models in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring alignment with customer requirements for electrical systems.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure seamless communication throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Provide electrical, mechanical, security and safety design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on data center solutions.
• Proven experience in data center solutions design and a deep understanding of within data centers different systems.(UPS system, Cooling system, Fire suppression and alarm systems, ATS, Generators)
• Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English language skills are highly preferredo.

Relocation:

This position requires relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Convergent Technology will provide comprehensive relocation assistance to the selected candidate.
