Purpose of the Role

To maintain and support Oracle Integration Cloud applications for CWT's ERP Cloud System.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain, support, and monitor existing Oracle Integration Cloud applications for the CWT Oracle ERP Cloud system.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, business and technical, to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
  • Ensure incident tickets are properly addressed, resolved, completed, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions to support business processes and system integrations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Participate in the development and enforcement of integration standards and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, configurations, and code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of business applications.
  • Build custom solutions using Oracle Fusion tools like BI Reports, Extracts, OTBI, Web Services, APIs, HDL, HSDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and customize data models and automated interfaces between Oracle HCM and corporate downstream systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Working Knowledge in maintaining, supporting, designing, and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • 3+ years relevant experience required.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle PaaS services
  • Working experience in Java, Unix Scripting, Groovy Scripts, REST and SOAP APIs, Oauth 2.0, XML, JSON, HTML and API security
  • Strong experience of OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Extracts development in Oracle Fusion
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion; HCM, CX, and ERP
  • Experience in Oracle database SQL and PL/SQL
  • Understanding and experience of advanced reporting functionality such as bursting and scheduled reports
  • Ability to discuss, lead and present technical solutions to development teams and Product and Technology management.
  • Able to work with teams/individuals of all levels of technical expertise, business knowledge and global locations.
  • Works independently, self-motivated, and independent learner
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and error isolation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology preferred.
