In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Amazon platform for our clients, with the ultimate goal of maximizing sales and profitability. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, using your skills and experience to support their Amazon business efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, using proven techniques to improve visibility and sales.
  • Continually analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase conversion rates, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop promotional strategies and help manage promotional campaigns, including lightning deals and coupons.
  • Optimize inventory and pricing strategies to improve profitability and reduce stockouts.
  • Manage customer reviews and ratings, responding to inquiries and working to improve overall ratings.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon accounts for clients with a proven track record of success.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Amazon's algorithms, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
