Overview

DITO Telecommunity is looking for a highly creative and collaborative UI/UX Creative Expert to join the Digital Team.

As UI/UX Creative Expert, you will lead the development of intuitive and attractive UI & UX designs leading to meaningful digital experiences for the users of DITO App, DITO eShop, and other digital channels.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain design and interaction guidelines for digital channels.

• Lead alignment and collaboration with other teams to ensure consistent implementation of overall brand guidelines.

• Participate in ideation and testing sessions (i.e., requirements discussions, customer journey design review, UAT, usability tests) to provide feedback on existing and upcoming features.

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards/wireframes, develop UI mockups and prototypes. Produce high fidelity output for function development.

• Design campaign key visuals and promotional materials adapted for mobile, socials, etc.

• Perform regular audit of digital channels' overall look and feel, initiate improvements as applicable.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• A graduate of bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Visual Arts/Graphic Design/ or equivalent.

• Proficient in UI/UX design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Overflow, etc.). Able to create basic animations a plus.

• Preferably with mobile app development background in fintech, e-commerce, or telco industry.

• With excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).

• Basic UI copywriting skills.

• Self-starter, detail-oriented, customer-centric.
