We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HubSpot Expert to join our team. The HubSpot Administrator will serve as the primary administrator and expert user of HubSpot's platform, responsible for configuring and optimizing HubSpot tools and features to align with our marketing goals and objectives. Additionally, the HubSpot Administrator will oversee data management, segmentation, and customization within the HubSpot CRM, provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features, and act as a resource for troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on HubSpot usage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, CRM administration, and a deep understanding of HubSpot's capabilities.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expertise in configuring and optimizing HubSpot tools and features.

Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support internal teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing strategies.

HubSpot Certifications Are Preferred But Not Required.

Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Non-negotiable Requirements

Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator.
