Role description:

  • Oversee an agreed scope of work and/or the operational workload of a team or contractors; ensuring allocated work is completed/resources are fully utilised in order to deliver against an agreed programme of work
  • Work within established standard operating procedures and systems to independently produce plans and schedules and track and manage budgets, highlighting variances in order to manage and control project delivery targets
  • Deliver a number of small to medium scale projects or program ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines
  • Present any project risks or issues to BA managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure compliance to project delivery standards
  • Provide advice to colleagues surrounding behaviours, to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance processes

Role accountabilities:

  • Accountable for delivery of a project or low number of projects with reasonable complexity - to budget, quality and time metrics
  • Responsible for setting project delivery approach and outputs in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Responsible for establishing project delivery plans or execution and appropriate control mechanisms to assure delivery
  • Responsible for performance management of project team / resource
  • Responsible for task management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project and program management, preferably within multinational companies or in US, UK, EU, AUS projects. With at least 10 years in managing and leading a team in delivering large and complex multi-disciplinary projects and OR programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, etc.) master's degree an advantage
  • Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification or chartered status (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)
