Position: User Automation Specialist

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field, or relevant work experience.
  • With good English communication skills.
  • Has the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • With experience in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Ivanti Automation / Identity Director is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and API integrations to common business systems is a plus.
  • Likes working with processes and automation in a large organization and is driven by what is best for the customer.
  • Is focused on improving customer experience and is motivated by delivering the optimal IT solution to the customer.
  • Have a good understanding of the significant role as a User Automation Specialist.
  • Team player and able to work with colleagues across the company.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Experienced IT Specialist / Desktop Support/ Technical Support Roles with a minimum of 2 years will be considered and will be trained for the Role.

Description:

  • The successful candidate will be part of Client Services - Workplace - User Automation team who are responsible for automating repetitive routine tasks across their own department and the company.
  • Implements automation tasks using scripts and PowerShell.
  • Performs quality checking and control of automated solutions.
  • Collaborates with other departments to achieve synergy with automated tasks.
  • Leads the project of the customer and ensures that delivery is adhered to.
  • Works proactively with a focus on continuous improvements of services and automation tasks.
  • Prepares documentation and guidelines for the automation process and assists in anchoring it into operations.
