As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our software, making it intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to create seamless and engaging user interfaces. Your designs will be integral in enhancing the overall usability of our software, contributing to the success of our clients in managing and optimizing their software assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative user interface designs for our software product.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our software remains at the forefront of usability and design excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI/UX design work for software applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with software asset management tools or related domains.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript.)
