Business Insights Analyst

Business Analysts will be responsible for analyzing internal business processes, identifying areas of improvement within each partnership, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and optimal profitability. They will coordinate with various stakeholders to develop strategies to maximize revenue and relationships with current and future partners.

Reporting Duties:

Reports Directly to the VP of Platform Partnerships while coordinating with Key Account Managers, Talent Operations, and Tech and Data Departments.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Use data to suggest ways that Platform Partnerships Fulfillment can operate more efficiently. They gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions – including improvements to systems and processes – to organizational challenges
  • Use data modeling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively
  • Align with Key Account Managers to identify and set attainable steps in achieving their desired goals and output
  • Formulate ways to improve partnerships, based on case studies and data.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
  • Run internal workshops and training sessions (upskilling)
  • Analyze partnerships and explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
  • Proposing solutions to an organization's leaders, and keeping them updated with progress
  • Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
  • ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach
  • contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate setting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and project management tools.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
