About the Internship Program

Enderun Colleges offers individuals a valuable opportunity to obtain practical experience that will contribute to our organization's success. It is intended to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities that complement their academic studies and prepare them for future employment. It aims to provide a mutually beneficial experience, allowing students to learn, grow, and have a concrete effect in a professional setting. We are dedicated to developing the next generation of talent and equipping them with the resources they will need to thrive in their future employment.

Primary Responsibilities

Throughout the 600-hour internship program, the student intern is expected to:

  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Collaborate with peers to gain exposure to various aspects of the institution
  • Support administrative duties
  • Might have the opportunity to engage with customers or clients, whether through direct communication and support activities
  • Provide customer service by being able to respond to inquiries, address feedback, and troubleshoot issues
  • Work on capstone project for the department that student intern will be assigned

Qualifications:

  • The student intern must commit to a minimum of 600 hours
  • The student intern must be willing to work onsite; our office is located in McKinley Hill, Taguig

Skills and CompetenciesÂ

  • Strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills like word processing, spreadsheets, social media, data visualization, and email communication is essential
  • The ability to adapt to new technology, people, and collaborations for career advancement
