JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Timely and accurate processing of payables and check payments/wire transfers/ other treasury duties
  • Preparation of daily cash balance.
  • Recording of journal entries for Cash Advance liquidations and Petty Cash Fund replenishments and regular transactions
  • Answering queries from both external and internal clients regarding payments.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, inward & conversion summaries and other monthly related balance schedules.
  • Assist in providing information and supporting documents during monthly analyses and audit periods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in an accounting function / AP/GL/tax reporting.
  • Working knowledge of using any ERP software / system is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications - specifically in Excel and Gsheet.
  • Personable, detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
