Job Title : Java Developer 
Qualifications : 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a J2EE Developer or in a related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing J2EE applications, including Java Servlets, JSP, EJB, and JMS.
  • Strong knowledge of J2EE frameworks and technologies such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Familiarity with web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
  • Experience with database design, SQL, and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., SVN) and build / dependency management tools (e.g., Maven or Ivy/Ant).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
Skills :
  • Proficiency in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in building MVC based web applications using Spring/Hibernate framework.
  • Knowledge of SOAP/Restful API design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience in application server like Tomcat.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing technology environments.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in J2EE development is a plus.
Responsibilities : 
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain J2EE applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with software architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Implement and optimize database access, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the software meets quality standards through thorough testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
  • Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement SOAP/RESTful services and APIs.
  • Implement, integrate and document a variety of software platforms through the REST API framework.
  • Modify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications.
  • Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks.
  • Write object-oriented, clean, and maintainable code.
  • Deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in J2EE development.
