This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Specialist at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. The Patent Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to patent applications, patent preparation, patent law, patent prosecution, and patentability. The role involves working closely with clients and legal teams to provide expertise in patent-related matters.

• Experience in patent applications, patent preparation, and patent prosecution
• Proficiency in patent law and understanding of patentability requirements
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Experience with intellectual property law firms is a plus
