Job Summary:

The Facilities Administrator and Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a company's facilities and managing the logistics and supply chain activities. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
2. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
3. Manage inventory levels for supplies, equipment, and other assets.
4. Oversee space planning and allocation, including office layouts and seating arrangements.
5. Monitor and track expenses related to facilities management and logistics activities.
6. Develop and maintain emergency response plans for facilities, including evacuation procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to facilities management and logistics.
8. Maintain documentation related to facilities management, including maintenance records and safety reports.
9. Collaborate with other departments to support company operations and goals.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to facilities and logistics staff.
