Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Administrator at ISI E-Beam in Tanay. As an IT Administrator, your responsibilities will include overseeing the management, maintenance, and security of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, ensures that the computer systems, networks, and related technology run smoothly and efficiently to meet the needs of the company's operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any IT-related courses,
• Has at least 2+ years of IT Admin experience
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Network Administration and System Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
• Familiar with various OS & understands IT-related services and platforms (AWB, SAP, SQL, WordPress, MS Office Suite, and the likes)
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Relevant certifications or degree in Information Technology or related field (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
