Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Total Rewards Assistant Manager. As a Total Rewards Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for job evaluation, compensation management, incentive programs, employee benefits, and overall compensation and benefits administration. This is an on-site role located in San Pedro.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation management, and incentive programs
  • Expertise in employee benefits administration and compensation & benefits management
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage total rewards programs
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and optimize compensation and benefits strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
