The Role

As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for people management, project management and excellence and continuous improvement of the sub-groups within the Manila Investments team.

People Management

  • Monitor the performance of direct reports and provide feedback on a regular basis
  • Complete the performance evaluation of each direct report as required under the HR/Talent and Reward system
  • Encourage colleagues engagement and participation in company and team activities and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of subject matter expertise within the group

Project and Resource Management

  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and other deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations at a minimum
  • Perform review of reports, ensuring that output and processes adhere to Willis Towers Watson s excellence standards and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations proactively and anticipate and address issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure processes are documented correctly and completely at all times

Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Encourage group members to continuously look for ways to innovate and improve on processes
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives and work with the appropriate teams to implement these

Others: Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Performance Objectives

  • Clients take ownership of reports and build strong relationships with other teams
  • Financial/Business KPIs
accurate and timely submission of time and expense reports monitor revenue and billed hoursPeople build strong relationships across various teams and support colleagues to create a good working environmentOperational Excellence and Innovation implement Operational Excellence in all programs and adhere to client, local and international compliance requirements

The Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or equivalent with at least five years of relevant work experience
  • Solid experience in managing projects and clients, and in people management
  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills in business English
  • Ability to work on own initiative when required, as well as in a team
  • Confidence to liaise with people at all levels in a variety of roles, locations and functions
  • Ability to influence direct reports, peers and superiors especially during times of ambiguity
  • Detail and results orientated, with a logical and analytical method of working
  • Good organisation and time management skill, with a proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and an interest in enhancing these skills
  • Desire to work in the investment industry
