Key Responsibilities:
- Club Operations Management:

- Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety to provide a high-quality environment for members and staff.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Implement and enforce club policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain operational consistency and quality.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate club staff, including fitness coaches, sales associates, and administrative personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development through coaching and mentoring.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours and manage payroll accordingly.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- Membership Sales and Retention:
- Drive membership sales by developing and executing sales strategies, including promotions, outreach, and community events.
- Oversee the member onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new members.

- Maintain an updated inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials needed for the club's daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including emergency response plans and sanitation practices.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Regularly report on key performance indicators, including membership sales, revenue, expenses, and member satisfaction, to senior management.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, set goals, and implement action plans to improve club operations and profitability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on potential improvements or new initiatives to achieve business objectives.
