BPO Senior Representative

We are seeking a BPO Senior Representative to join our team in the Philippines, handling inbound calls and providing support to clients and internal departments.
About the Role:
- Answering inbound calls regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim status.
- Supporting less experienced team members and handling escalated issues.
- Interacting with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
- Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.
- Strong focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
- 1+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST).
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Willing to work on a fixed-term employment.
