Kajabi Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Kajabi Specialist to manage and maintain our Kajabi platform, ensuring it is secure, updated, and optimized for performance.

This role is essential for providing a great user experience and ensuring our site is professional and efficient.

About the Role:

• Manage daily operations of the Kajabi platform, including updates and maintenance.
• Conduct audits to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in email list management, including adding and removing subscribers.
• Implement minor tweaks and improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate new features and optimize user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update pages with content and photos.
• Back up and save site pages and features.
• Design and send newsletters to users and subscribers.
• Prepare and send weekly tips.
• Add and remove subscribers from user lists.
• Send emails, greetings, event invitations, reminders, and informal items.
• Answer customer service emails, tickets, and chat support in the portal and community.
• Integrate payment gateways.

Requirements:

• Experience and proficiency in using and managing Kajabi platform.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and support platform issues.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
• Familiarity with online course creation and management.
• Willingness to be trained and follow instructions with ease.
