Flexible production technician for automated/manual machines, troubleshooting and improving productivity using Kaizen/Poka-Yoke techniques to meet line targets, with quality awareness and knowledge of product use and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

Flexible to work in any production area.
Troubleshoot and maintain product quality.
Work various shifts.
Reduce machine breakdowns.
Support production team to meet production targets.
Improve cycle time by optimizing line processes.
Implement Poka yoke and Kaizen.
Conduct corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or Associate Degree holder.
3+ years of experience in the same role.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/Creo 3D model.
