KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as the point of contact for all warehouse, delivery and logistics operations and ensures that all orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Manages order fulfillment functions, prepares the necessary documents for the delivery of items to customers and ensures that all documents of delivered goods are properly documented and accounted with proper filing and encoding to the company accounting system.In charge of selecting, picking and packing and shipping orders to all customer orders Coordinates with the third-party logistics partner to plan the optimum routing schedule that achieved the most cost-efficient delivery cost, delivery requirements, delivery monitoring, and ensures that all necessary documents are submitted.Responsible for the operations of the warehouse by receiving stocks and monitoring inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are available to support the customer orders. Maintain orderliness of the work area to ensure systematic flow of work, and ensure proper storage and cleanliness as preventive measures against fire or other accidents.Proactively identify areas to improve the operation efficiency and initiate projects to achieve such improvements.Prepares monthly and quarterly report to aid management in decision-making.Manages all other administrative tasks in running the warehouse, logistics and delivery operations.Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time. Must Haves: With a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or any related field is preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing and route planning work of fast consumer products or any related field.Strong organizational skills and time management skillsShould be very detail-orientedGood customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsWilling to work on-site in Pasig City
