1.Prepare and dispense medicines and other items available at the store to customers in accordance with prescriptions rules set by the company.

2. Provide drug information and patient counseling to customers regarding their medication needs.

3. Recommend the generic equivalent to substitute a branded medicine, whenever possible.

4. Set strategies with the sales personnel and monitor their implementation.

5. Interact directly with customers to recommend substitution.

6.Provide assistance to the store personnel involved in dispensing medicines.

7. Enhance store personnel's knowledge through counseling and/or trainings.

8. Monitor sales personnel's attitude and quality of service rendered to customers.

9. Inform staff regarding arrival of new stocks, as to indication, format and supplier.

18. Monitor customer feedback regarding drugs sold, and consolidate own observations to make recommendations regarding drugs quality, especially regarding generic drugs.

19. Manage the display: ensure that stocks are well organized, displayed and dispensed according to expiry date.

20. Monitor drugs close to expiry.

21. Conduct and supervise inventory counts.

22. Identify fast moving items, low performing items, and new items to carry.

23. Observe and analyze store operations and recommend improvements.
