Job Description:

1. Perform promotion activities

Ø Visit pre-determined outlets, specifically healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinics and health centers.

Ø Communicate product knowledge through detailing or product presentation

Ø Work strategically to increase the awareness and use/ benefits of the brand.

Ø Conduct Round Table Discussion Doctors/nurses/patients

Ø Spearhead in doing Doctor Speakership Program

Ø Create database of Doctor Speakers profile

Ø Ensure all promotion activities are directed to right target market daily

Ø Manage budgets for each events that will be conducted

Ø Accountable for the brand awareness in the assigned area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions

Ø Gather data on competitors and relay to superior as supporting information for promotion strategy/plan

Ø Search new market opportunity in product distribution

Ø Forward order of new account to sales counterpart.

Ø Coordinate with sales personnel on a regular basis to ensure availability of products on areas with event activation

2. Implement, execute, control and complete specific projects of the department

Ø Constantly monitor and report on progress of the event or project to all concerned

Ø Coordinate all the details required to ensure an event runs smoothly and successfully

Ø Plan and schedule project timelines

Ø Regularly report and update project progress, problems and solutions to immediate superior

Ø Provide direction and support to project team

Ø Manage project resource allocation (i.e budget, samples, merchandising materials, staff)

Ø Oversee set-up or perform the set-up, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Ø Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Ø Receive and dispose product samples during events such as Fun Runs, Hospital Events and Medical Conventions.

Ø Do inventory and submit regularly product samples inventory before and after each activity

Ø Prepare and submit Post Event Evaluation Reports and other administrative requirements based on the agreed timelines

Ø Required to cover 15 doctors (maximum) per day

Ø Submit Daily Task Report

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.Will be assigned either in CAMANAVARequired language(s) and Dialect: English and Filipino specifically in Tagalog.Can deal with different types of person and can adapt well in changes.At least 2 solid year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and internetPossess above average Communication, Negotiation and Presentation SkillsWilling to work during weekends and holidays (when needed)Familiarity with hospitals, clinics and Industrial facilities located in NCRCan start as soon as possible is an advantage
