As the HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations. Responsibilities include:
* Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires
* Providing HR-related support to employees on leaves, compensation, benefits, attendance, and HR policies
* Processing and maintaining HR documentation, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
* Assisting with disciplinary cases through investigation and issuing necessary notices
* Implementing HR initiatives and programs
* Conducting field work and site visits to assist with HR-related concerns
* Handling other assigned activities.

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years experience in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Highly computer literate with skills in MS Office and related tools
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and follow instructions accurately
