Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT matters.Provide overall administrative support to the team that includes:Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardwareHandle business-critical IT tasks and system improvementsEnable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivityResearch and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and softwareServe as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google WorkspaceManage IT support and providing exceptional support to employeesPossess strong analytical skillsability to effectively communicate and collaborate among various departmentsPerforms other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Willing to work here in San Pedro City of Laguna.
