Monitor and plan civil works contracts as a Jr. Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities include:
- Providing end-to-end project estimates.
- Coordinating with purchasing and warehousing to secure materials.
- Inspecting equipment and tools to ensure optimal condition.
- Preparing accurate reports on project progress and civil engineering aspects.
- Developing full cost estimates and contract documents.
- Preparing detailed BOM and BOQ.
- Preparing progress billing for sites and clients.
- Staying up-to-date with engineering technology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least one year of experience.
- Open to changing shifts and overtime.
- Travel and field work, with expenses covered by the company.
