FCFP Global Quality Management Quality SpecialistThe departmentWe are looking for specialists to support quality activities for FCFP Global Quality Management.The mission of Quality Management in the 1st Line of Defense is to ensure sustainable quality of TM, CDD and Screening processes, as well as their consistency and efficiency. This is achieved by performing objective assessments to determine the adherence to relevant requirements and address potential FEC/CDD related risks across global operations to prevent financial-economic crime from entering the financial system.The Quality Review (QR) department has several main tasks, including:
  • Determining and conducting first-line quality checks through random sampling and thematic reviews.
  • Conducting First Line Monitoring to assess the quality of processed files in various departments and locations, and reporting findings.
  • Identifying common problems or deficiencies.
  • Developing, expanding, and implementing initiatives for continuous quality improvement.
Your roleAs a Quality Review specialist, you will perform first-line quality checks through random sampling and thematic reviews.You will periodically verify if work processes in different departments within the Global FCFP Centers are carried out correctly, linking your findings back to analysts, QC, and leads to enhance and maintain quality. Additionally, you will organize quality improvement sessions.You will also prepare necessary management information/periodic reports, provide input for process enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.We are looking for you if you:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in AML/CDD/KYC roles like CDD/KYC/TM Analyst, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in conducting Quality Reviews (preferred).
  • Understand key regulations (FEC, ESR, FATCA, CRS) and their impact on the operational landscape of KYC, with expertise in effective TM investigations, data analysis, research, and documentation.
  • Have an expert understanding of money laundering, terrorist financing, and tax evasion, including their differences and impacts.
  • Possess an academic background and preferably certifications in FEC, FATCA, CRS, ESR, or AML, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the global financial system, banking, regulatory environment, and consequences of non-compliance.
  • Consistently complete tasks efficiently, meet targets and KPIs, and adapt to change effectively.
  • Display strong organizational and cultural sensitivity, working successfully in diverse teams and environments.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems by analyzing information and making relevant connections.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Your responsibilities:
  • Conduct Quality Review across TM and CDD functions, including explorative and targeted reviews, and analyzing feedback from various sources.
  • Identify focus areas for Quality Review and process improvements.
  • Perform root cause analysis for quality gaps, errors, and propose enhancements and preventive measures.
  • Maintain relations with Processing Unit contacts for in-depth analysis.
  • Prepare reports on analysis outcomes and share feedback with the Processing Unit.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and lessons learned activities.
  • Support project management related to quality and reporting.
  • Update reporting for Governance forums and maintain workspace instructions.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to understand regulatory requirements and quality opportunities.
