About the Role:

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) specializing in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), you will play a critical role in delivering successful technology projects within the HR domain. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that Oracle HCM implementations are executed efficiently, meet business requirements, and deliver value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.Implement effective change management strategies to address project scope changes.Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance for Oracle HCM implementations.Ensure that project deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test Oracle HCM solutions.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR business partners, IT teams, and vendors.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize their impact on project success.Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify and address defects.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
