Achievement of Sales Targets for all storesLeading and Ensuring all Store Operations run smoothly & follow SOP across all 3-4 stores.Lead by example by work with team on merchandise displaying & customer services.Recruit, Train, Discipline, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to team of effective operations.Implement actions to improve Store Sales Achieve & Manpower Efficiency.Implement actions to prevent Stock Damage & Stock Lost from happening.Dealing & follow up progress with Maintenance Department of maintenance needed.Site Investigate & Report to Superior of any untoward incidents that may happen. (example Break In, Flood, Fire, Law Enforcement etc).Lead of annual stock take (ST) & follow up progress from time-to-time with the team.
