The Hedis Abstractor PH Registered Nurse organizes specific data in the Patients Medical record based on Specific guidelines and requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing patient's chart, documenting diagnoses and treatments, abstract required/needed data, and assign codes to the data they found into the Clients System.
SUMMARY:
The AR Executive /HEDIS Abstractor is primarily responsible for unique populations and programs and responsibilities include:
Conduct medical record documentation reviews and a reviews for HEDIS annually. Update Athena EMR to provide actionable guidance for the clinical teams to address care gaps at the point of care.Qualifications:Must have an active PRC Nursing License
With at least six (6) months of recent hospital bedside care experience
And/or at least six (6) months in Healthcare account in BPO/CPO industry, particularly in HEDIS or Data Abstraction
With excellent Typing/Data Encoding, Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Interpersonal skills
