2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for strategic sourcing initiatives, such as vendor consolidation, long-term partnerships, and supply chain optimization.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic sourcing.

4. Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while maintaining high-quality standards for components and finished products.

5. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supplier performance, track savings, and drive continuous improvement in strategic sourcing operations.
