Inventory Associate

Philippines PESO Resources Development Corp. Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplies and assets inventory both internally and externally
  • Check inventory regularly to assess reordering needs and cross-verify with records
  • Request standard stock items, supplies, or materials within designated limits
  • Notify relevant staff members regarding fast-moving items
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs
  • Run errands for purchasing, canvassing, and other corporate tasks
  • Place or update price tags on merchandise and shelves for easy identification of stocks
  • Prepare requisitioned supplies, merchandise, or materials for delivery or pick-up
  • Keep track of warehouse goods and supplies, managing orders to support sales and production
  • Receive shipments, count available products, and place orders based on demand
  • Physically capable of warehouse activities with a valid driver's license
  • Maintain inventory by checking stocks and reordering standard items as necessary
  • Ensure proper handling of equipment, supplies, and chemicals as per assigned tasks

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably a college graduate or vocational course graduate

Job Specifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in warehousing and inventory management
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving practices

Professional Qualifications and License:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license



SALARY:
Php 610 - Php 650/ day
