Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information on products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing knowledgeable responses.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and showroom presentations.
