About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our high-performing Knowledge Center Finance team in Cebu. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting the APAC countries' financial directors in Treasury-related topics, enforcing compliance guidelines, and transferring financial knowledge to new team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Foreign Exchange Hedging:
  • Monitor and initiate foreign exchange hedging to minimize foreign currency exposure in APAC.
• Cash Flow Management:
  • Assess and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and ensure accurate financial planning.
• Internal Dividend Planning:
  • Assist with the execution of internal dividend planning.
• Recurring Tasks and Projects:
  • Participate in various recurring tasks, including user management review, banking costs analysis, and bank onboarding processes.
  • Support Treasury-related projects and ensure efficient operations within APAC.
• Knowledge Sharing:
  • Share and transfer financial knowledge to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Treasury Management:
  • Manage centralized treasury tasks through the knowledge center.
  • Set standard processes for the team and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Your Skills and Experience

• Education:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications:
  • CFA Charterholder or currently working towards obtaining the CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Key Skills:
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
